Refunds, cancellations, and billing support
For payment, refund, duplicate charge, invoice, receipt, or cancellation questions, email info@astrisoft.ae with your name, company, invoice/payment reference, payment date, and a short description of the issue.
Custom digital service payments are handled according to our Terms of Use, proposal, invoice, or written agreement. Paid deposits, retainers, setup fees, and completed or started milestones are generally non-refundable once work has started, unless we agree otherwise in writing or applicable law requires it.
